Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes! We accept returns as long as we're contacted within 5 days of delivery.  We accept unaltered, unopened packages and skeins of yarn.  It is the buyer's responsibility for all return shipping costs.

Q: My package is lost! What do I do?

A: Once the package leaves our hands and is accepted for shipment and at the post office, ownership of the package transfers to you.  That being said - YOU must initiate the claim through USPS.  We're good souled people - so we'll do our best to make sure you're happy with the end result if USPS cannot help us out.

Q: How do you calculate shipping costs?

A: All shipping costs are calculated by weight with a $3 fee for shipping supplies, labels, etc.  It costs money for supplies! With that - we're going to try and decrease shipping costs once we figure out this new platform.

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: OF COURSE WE DO! Just shoot us an email at peepaloofields@icloud.com or info@peepaloofields.com and we'll hook you up.  Just, don't buy anything if the quantity is not there that you need - we'll dye up a lot special for you.  You WILL be shipped whatever is in stock if you order prior to inquiry.

Q: Do you offer other weights?

A: We do as custom orders right now.  We'll be adding a full stock of DK weight to our collection soon.
