Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes! We accept returns as long as we're contacted within 5 days of delivery. We accept unaltered, unopened packages and skeins of yarn. It is the buyer's responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Q: My package is lost! What do I do?
A: Once the package leaves our hands and is accepted for shipment and at the post office, ownership of the package transfers to you. That being said - YOU must initiate the claim through USPS. We're good souled people - so we'll do our best to make sure you're happy with the end result if USPS cannot help us out.
Q: How do you calculate shipping costs?
A: All shipping costs are calculated by weight with a $3 fee for shipping supplies, labels, etc. It costs money for supplies! With that - we're going to try and decrease shipping costs once we figure out this new platform. Shipping costs from the US to international countries tends to be an increased price.
Q: I'm purchasing your yarns internationally - are there extra fees associated with ordering from the USA?
A: We welcome customers from all over the world! That being said, any extra fees, taxes, customs or duties that could possibly be incurred from buying from the USA are the customer's responsibility. I do not know if you will specifically be assessed a fee, so it's best to check with your local post/customs folks to see if you could be expecting a fee.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: OF COURSE WE DO! Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and we'll hook you up. Just, don't buy anything if the quantity is not there that you need - we'll dye up a lot special for you. You WILL be shipped whatever is in stock if you order prior to inquiry.
Q: Do you offer other weights?
A: We do as custom orders right now. We'll be adding a full stock of DK weight to our collection soon.
